The IT Support Analyst will work within the organisation to respond to incidents and service requests in the following ways: personal interaction, professional ticketing system, telephone and email. The IT Support Analyst would deploy, install, image, support, and maintain end-user computing hardware and applications. In addition, the IT Support Analyst would also be able to analyse and document problems to provide resolution or determine if escalation to higher tier support is required. They will also provide strong customer service via written, telephone, and personal communication.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Front-Line Tier 1 support
- Desktop/Laptop support, including installation, configuration and maintenance
- Server Monitoring
- Website Monitoring
- Security Monitoring
- Employee Technical and Security Onboarding
We are looking for someone with:
- 2-5 years Support Analyst experience
- Great customer service skills, both written, telephone and personal.
and ideally, although not essential
- MCSE or A+ certification
