Discovery Teams
Are you ready for a journey of discovery, looking at issues of poverty and social justice in our world? Do you want to be challenged and changed, taking your walk with God to a new level? Would you like to come alongside local communities in places of need?
If you’re answering “yes” to these questions, then why not embark on a life changing adventure and come on a Discovery Team with Samaritan’s Purse. We provide great opportunities in Central Asia, Eastern Europe and Africa; a chance to grow your faith, learn about life in disadvantaged communities and engage with some of the big issues facing our world.
Our desire is to enable teams of individuals and churches from the UK to experience what life is like in the places where we work. We want to give you the chance to see how local churches and Christian groups are being salt and light in some of the world’s toughest areas.
Whether you’re a church looking to connect with a church overseas, a youth group interested in seeing where God is at work in the world, or an individual interested in a Christian response to development issues like water and sanitation, we can tailor-make the team that will fit what you’re passionate about.
